Most of us are used to keeping up with our favorite celebrities' newest projects, their fashion trends, and lifestyles. One of the most common fascinations we all have is about their wealth and fortune. Generally, it has to do with its real estate and luxury vehicles.

When famous people achieve great success, their bank accounts simultaneously surpass common limits. Therefore, most celebs often opt for the most lavish households, and these acquisitions almost always hit headlines. Here we have a list of 55 celebrity properties that will make you feel a tad jealous but will surely blow your minds away. Let's start

Barbi Benton - $11.95 Million, Los Angeles

The real-life Barbie girl from the '70s, Barbi Benton, is 69 years old now. Having been a model for the well-known men's magazine and a television personality, Benton went into early retirement in 1986. Although it has been decades since she retired, we remember her like it was yesterday.

Benton's house in Los Angeles is anyone's ultimate dream house. But maybe she doesn't enjoy it as much because the property has been on-and-off in the market for years. The 11,600-square-foot deluxe house went was last listed for $11.95 million in 2011. Given that Benton's husband is a real estate developer, it would be a shame if it remains unsold.

Ali Mcgraw - Price Undisclosed, New Mexico

Ali MacGraw is among one of the few Hollywood actresses who has allowed herself to age gracefully. Rocking those wrinkles and the strands of grey hair, she has grown to love animals since her retirement. She opted for a change in scenery when her house in Malibu caught fire in 1993.

Since then, MacGraw has lived in what she calls the "little cottage" in Santa Fe. Having lived there for over 25 years, she has become a part of the area's closed community. MacGraw said her goodbyes to acting in 2009, and since then, she spends most of her time as a volunteer for animal welfare.

Billy Joel - $16.9 Million, Palm Beach

After his song Piano Man became a huge hit, Billy Joel became the "Piano Man." With more than 150 million record sales around the world, he made a sweet, sweet fortune for himself. With all that money rolling in, Joel purchased multiple properties.

His Palm Beach mansion caught the eye of many when news broke about the purchase. Joel purchased the 13,000-square-foot house in 2014 for $11.8 million. It seems that the eight-bedroom eight-bathroom residence overlooking the coast was purchased as an investment property. We believe so because just one year later, after renovations, he listed the mansion for $19.5 million—a price tag that later dropped to $16.9 million.

Sophia Loren - $22 Million, Rome

The Italian actress Sophia Loren only rose to prominence following her portrayal of Cesira on Two Women in 1961. This performance earned her a Grammy Award for Best Actress, and multiple other prizes were added to her collection over the course of her career.

Loren's late husband, Carlo Ponti, gave her the house of her (or anybody's) dreams when they settled in their 19th century 50-room mansion post-marriage. The 1,300-square-meter estate went up for sale in 2018 for a whopping $22 million. Located in the Appian Way Park, this beauty had the most rustic yet classy interiors.

Tom Selleck - Price Undisclosed, Bay Ridge

You probably know Tom Selleck, even more so for his thick mustache than his acting. Having gained fame with the role of Thomas Magnum on Magnum P. I., his career spans over five decades now. Since 2010, Selleck has been starring in the CBS series Blue Bloods.

The house pictured above does not really belong to Selleck, nor does he live there—at least not in real life. The Colonial-style brick house built in the '20s is Selleck's (or Frank Reagan's) home solely on the TV show. Blue Bloods fans hold on to your hats for this! The Reagan house actually belongs to the Diocese of Saint Maron. Say what now?

Julie Andrews - $32.6 Million, London

The British actress Julie Andrews rose to fame during a time when inequality was in charge. However, she managed to win the hearts of many and thrived in the industry, and she has a cabinet full of trophies to reflect on her hard work. In the '70s, Andrews lived in a luxurious townhouse close to Buckingham Palace.

The extravagant 7,000-square-foot house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a one-of-a-kind wine cellar, a gym, and even a Jacuzzi. Its French doors opened up to the breathtaking views of the balcony. Even though it does not belong to Andrews anymore, it was recently listed on the market for $32.6 million.

Ron Howard - $27.5 Million, Connecticut

Although Ron Howard gained prominence as a child actor, he later went on to become a film director. Needless to say, he has a knack for filmmaking, which earned him a fortune of $160 million so far. A part of his wealth was his fantastic 17,200-square-foot house in Connecticut that lay on 32 acres of land.

The Apollo 13 director sold it for a whopping $27.5 million, making it the most expensive house deal of Westchester County. With six bedrooms, five full baths, and an indoor pool, this two-story delight of a house has a fancy kitchen with mahogany furnishings. Try to imagine how big this house is!

Rick Harrison - $3.99 Million, Las Vegas

In 2019, Rick Harrison from Pawn Stars listed his Red Rock Country Club house in the market for $3.99 million. He hadn't owned the house for very long but decided to give it up because his children were all grown, and he did not need 8,800 square feet of living space.

The residence had centuries-old fittings, with one of the windows being 800 years old. The house is definitely not that old. In fact, it was only built-in 2001. All the granite floors and ancient furniture were Harrison's doing because—well, it's Harrison.

Jack Nicholson - $6.5 Million, Mulholland Drive

Jack Nicholson is no stranger to Mulholland Drive. In fact, the actor-director has owned one piece of property from there since 1969. His ownership expanded over the years, and as of today, Nicholson bears ownership to four pieces of real estate on Mulholland Drive.

One of these houses (his most recent acquisition) is fellow actor Marlon Brando's home, which went up for sale following his death in 2004. Nicholson planned to demolish the house that sat on nearly 40,000 square feet of land, and plant frangipani flowers in its soil. Spending $6.5 million to do just that is quite strange, don't you think?

Jane Fonda - $12.995 Million, Beverly Hills

Music producer Richard Perry and actress Jane Fonda bought a house from Beverly Hills for $12.995 million when they were together. The house was originally built in 1961 and previously owned by Emmy Award-winning television director John Rich. Somehow, following the couple's split in 2017, they sold the house at a loss for only $8.535 million.
The modern home is located in a calm and tranquil neighborhood and behind its gates—the multi-level house has all the luxuries, including a fancy glass elevator. There is a recording studio, a media room, and a dinner style wet bar on the ground floor. The six-bedroom seven-bath home views some breathtaking landscapes.

Sidney Poitier - Price Undisclosed, Beverly Hills

The American actor and film director Sidney Poitier became a household name after winning an Oscar, receiving knighthood, and a hot-selling book. The Poitier family moved into their Beverly Hills home years ago, and the interior design was done by his wife, Joanna Shimkus.

While its interior contains royal looking furniture, the theme of the decorations remains the same throughout the house. Its swimming pool adds a distinct dimension to the property. On the outside, there is a garage that can house up to three cars, and the couple loves their beautiful and comfortable home.

Pat Sajak – $699K, Glendale

The 73-year-old Wheel Of Fortune host Pat Sajak, along with his first wife, Sherrill Sajak, lived in a beautiful two-story house during their blissfully married days. However, following their divorce in 1986, the house reportedly belonged to Sherrill until she sold it for $425K.

The residence is over a century old, for it was constructed in 1911. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and even a laundry room spreading over 2,600 square feet. By 2011, it went back up in the market and sold at $699K, surely a stretch from when Sajak owned it.

Wesley Snipes - $4.125 Million, New Jersey

The star in the Blades trilogy, Wesley Snipes, made quite the name for himself until his tax fraud convictions. He served a three-year prison sentence for the conspiration of financial scams, and yet, his most loyal fans remained. Regardless of his criminal history, Snipes continues to appear on screens with his newest movie Coming 2 America scheduled to hit cinemas in 2020.

Pictured above is Snipes' old home located in Alpine, New Jersey. Having lived there for a while, he sold the house in 2014 for $4.125 million. Not much was revealed to the public about his residence, but it definitely looks beautiful and is surrounded by greenery.

Phil Collins - $33 Million Miami Beach

You would have to be filthy rich to be able to throw $33 million at a house. Well, the British musician Phil Collins did just that. It's not like he emptied his bank account while doing so because Collins is currently worth $260 million.

The Miami Beach estate previously belonged to Jennifer Lopez, and due to that, there may be some royalty charges involved in the price. It holds 12,100 square feet of living space, and the seven bedrooms and eight full baths undoubtedly occupy most of it. With a koi pond, wine cellar, media room, gym, and spa, Collins surely can reflect on his song Another Day In Paradise.

Maggie Smith - $7.7 Million, Byfleet

Doesn't Maggie Smith live at Hogwarts? Apparently not. The 85-year-old Downton Abbey star who is also famous as Professor McGonagall in the Harry Potter series lives in a 15th-century red-brick farmhouse in Pulborough, West Sussex. However, the photo above is not it.

The Byfleet Manor is her—or should we say Lady Violet Crawley's residence on Downton Abbey. Located in Byfleet in Surrey, the estate belonged to the businesswoman Julie Hutton. She sold the 17th-century mansion in 2015 for £5.95 million, which converts to approximately $7.7 million in the present. Surrounded by 18 acres of green land, the 6,000-square-foot mansion is full of antique goodness on the inside.

Alan Jackson – $28 Million, Franklin

You may know of Alan Jackson as a well-known country singer, but you may know him better as the country singer who always wears a cowboy hat. Since his rise to stardom, Jackson has sold over 75 million albums worldwide, and it only means one thing—big bucks!

Unlike other celebrities, Jackson did not just buy a million-dollar residence. He built the house of his dreams. After acquiring 135 acres of land from Franklin, Tennessee, in the '90s, Jackson constructed an opulent mansion that was 18,600 square feet big. Along with every facility one can dream of, his daughters grew up there. However, the family sold it at $28 million in 2010.

Max Baer, Jr. - Price Undisclosed, Paradise

Remember Jethro Bodine from The Beverly Hillbillies? He is 82 now. As he gradually got closer to his retirement from acting, Max Baer Jr. began looking into other ventures. The gambling industry somehow intrigued him, and he tried to build Jethro's Casino, which ended up failing.

Probably trying to find the light at the end of the tunnel from gambling, Max settled down in Paradise, Nevada. He hasn't given out many details about his residence to the public. However, it seems like a decent pick. Since 2015, Max is the last member alive from the main cast of the famous sitcom.

Chuck Norris – $3.5 Million, North Tustin

Chuck Norris is an Air Force veteran, martial artist, and actor. Although he occasionally had a few minor roles in movies, Norris' acting career only took off when he starred in Breaker! Breaker!, which made millions in profits. At the peak of his career, Norris owned a homely estate in North Tustin (pictured above).

The 5,500-square-foot house that includes a guest house sits on nearly two acres overlooking its own private lake. According to its listing in 2016 that had a price tag of $3.5 million, the residence has a saltwater swimming pool and "trees worth millions of dollars." How did they put a price tag on nature?

Dick Van Dyke - $6.512 Million, Encino

An actor from the golden era, Dick Van Dyke, shot to fame from The Dick Van Dyke Show. His career raced to success following the sitcom, and his trophy cabinet includes multiple Emmy Awards and a Grammy Award. At one point in his 94-year-long life, the star owned a breathtaking Tuscan-style villa in Encino, California.

The 12,000-square-foot house with six bedrooms and nine baths sits in peace at the center of 1.37 acres. While the indoors feature a stone fireplace and a wine cellar, the swimming pool and tennis court occupy much of the outdoors. In 2016, this piece of work sold for a whopping $6.512 million.

Steve Harvey – $165 Million, California

The television mogul, Steve Harvey's career took off after struggling and sweating for years. However, his hard work certainly paid-off because, in the present, he rakes in an insane sum of $45 million annually. With a number like that, you wouldn't be surprised to know that the family leased a Beverly Park mansion for $110K per month.

For the Family Feud host, we guess it's like pocket change. Although there were rumors about Harvey owning the $165 million house, no such information has been confirmed. The 11,200-square-foot property (which is relatively small in Beverly Park) has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Henry Winkler - $3.4 Million, Bel-Air

At the age of 74, the American actor, author, and comedian, Henry Winkler, has accomplished a great deal. As a dyslexic child, Winkler was referred to as 'dumb,' even by his parents. However, he later went on to co-write 32 Hank Zipzer children's books. Talk about turning a weakness into a strength.

In 1993, Winkler acquired a four-bedroom house laying over 9,000 square feet in Bel-Air, which was perfect because he had three children (including one stepson). He paid an estimated $3.4 million for the old Country English-style house that was first constructed in 1934.

Brigitte Bardot - $5.65 Million, South Of France

Although Brigitte Bardot is now quietly in retirement, she was quite the party girl back in the day. Having risen to stardom as an actress in the '50s and pursuing a singing career in the '60s, Bardot has been an activist ever since her retirement in '73. In summary, she has done it all.

Bardot's getaway in her youth was the 13th century stone house she settled down in '58. The extravagant interior held eight bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area with French doors and an original Louis XIV fireplace. This one-in-a-million residence had an infinity swimming pool while its guest house had another.

Betty White – Price Undisclosed, California

The beautiful actress Betty White recently celebrated her 98th birthday in style. We still see her as a regular guest on many television shows. While her last known role was in Hot and Cleveland from 2010 to 2015, White voiced the character of Bitey White on Toy Story 4 in 2019.

White owns a house in Carmel, California, which she likes to keep very private for obvious reasons. Even though she gained ownership of it in 1981, the remodeling took some time. However, in 1983 when the house was ready, her husband Allen Ludden passed away. White reportedly still lives there, and we hope she lives many more years.

Kirk Douglas - $3.5 Million, Palm Springs

One of the last stars in existence from the Golden Age of Hollywood, Kirk Douglas, is now 103 years old. He starred in Spartacus, The Bad and the Beautiful, and The Vikings during his best years. Douglas currently lives with his second wife, Anne Buydens, who has also passed the century mark.

For decades, Douglas and his family owned an estate in Palm Springs—their vacation house since the '50s. In 1999, he sold it for $1.3 million, and a few years ago, it went back up in the market and sold for $3.5 million. With beamed ceilings, granite countertops, and tiled floors, the dwelling is undoubtedly a good catch.

Brad Pitt - $55 million, Long Island

Brad Pitt is one of Hollywood's most handsome actors with an enormous number of fangirls from around the world. While still together with his second (ex) wife, Angelina Jolie, the couple rented a 22,000-square-foot mansion in Long Island during the filming of Salt.

The stunning estate with the name Sassafras is a secluded delight that has access to a private beach with its own pier. The grand entrance to the eight-bedroom dream house is through a great hall with a 48-foot cathedral ceiling. This masterpiece was up for sale in 2017 for an insane asking price of $55 million. We wonder who the current lucky owner is.

Dr. Phil - $5.75 Million, Beverly Hills

We have all at some point probably seen or heard of the television show Dr. Phil. Here, we'll be taking a look at Dr. Phil McGraw's luxurious house in Beverly Hills. As soon as we stepped into 2020, Dr. Phil decided to sell his fancy mansion at $5.75 million.

With a heated pool, spa, and an outdoor kitchen allowing to enjoy the surrounding greenery, the outside is perfect. However, you'd be stunned at the interiors decorated with twelve guns (yes, real ones) hanging up on the wall, creepy animal portrayals, and even random curse words on display. The 6,100-square-foot mansion surely is one of a kind.

Jay Leno – $13.5 Million, Rhode Island

With a fortune of $400 million, Jay Leno is undoubtedly up there with the richest of celebrities. In 2017, while driving along Ocean Drive, Leno's wife pointed at a nice house sitting on 9 acres of land. Well, he ended up buying this $13.5 million opulent mansion on the spot. Do you still think money can't do everything?

Sure, it was an impulse buy. But does the vehicle lover regret it? We don't think so. The 14-bedroom residence also has eleven bathrooms, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and even a private beach. Leno purchased this 1936 masterpiece furnished, and with a six-car garage, it's a win-win.

Keith Thibodeaux - Price Undisclosed, Mississippi

Keith Thibodeaux or Little Ricky from the sitcom I Love Lucy is alive and well. Sadly, he is the last of the sitcom's main cast in existence. Although he made several appearances on The Andy Griffith Show, Keith's career did not extend much from his days with I Love Lucy.

He later pursued a career in music. Nonetheless, Keith now works as an Executive Director at his wife's company Ballet Magnificat!. The couple, along with their daughter Tara, has been living in Mississippi since the late '70s. Not much about his residence is out there, but it looks like a decent pick.

Clint Eastwood - $9.75 Million, Pebble Beach

Here we have actor Clint Eastwood's estate in Pebble Beach, which he put up for sale in 2017. Having gained stardom as the 'man with no name' in the Dollars trilogy, Eastwood later went on to star in many box office hits. His fortune of $375 million will confirm that.

This piece of real estate is, without a doubt, one of the many properties that Eastwood owns. Having acquired the estate $3.925 million in 1994, Eastwood had it listed for $9.75 million. The 6,900-square-foot house holds six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. With a little fountain at the front, and oak trees surrounding the home, it surely is a bolthole.

Nancy Sinatra - $5.3 Million, Beverly Hills

The 8,000-square-foot home went in the market for $5.995 million and closed escrow within 45 days, for $5.3 million in 2011. The five-bedroom house has a lovely kitchen, bar-lounge, and two fireplaces to stay warm in the winter, the old fashioned way.

O. J. Simpson - $1.8 Million, Las Vegas

OJ Simpson became infamous when he went behind bars for the murders of his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ron Goldman. However, having served nine years in prison, the former NFL player returned in October 2017. He stayed at a $1.8 million mansion in Las Vegas—one that belonged to a friend.

Simpson was planning to shift towards Tampa, Florida, for which he did not have the permission of his parole officer. Nevertheless, his stay in Las Vegas was a lot better than the tiny prison cell he spent nine years. The 5,000-square-foot mansion has five beds and baths and a pool.

Delta Burke - $800K, Los Angeles

While the building was constructed in the early 1900s, Jackson's apartment has 3,000 square feet of living space that includes four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. You can tell that he is also a business-minded person because Jackson listed the same condo at $13 million in 2018.

Lily Tomlin - $7.149 Million, Los Feliz

Back in the day, actress and comedian Lily Tomlin enjoyed her Laughlin Park home very much. Located inside a gated community in Los Feliz, the Mediterranean-style house was built in 1920. The 6,800-square-foot residence's walls were painted pink during Tomlin's time there.

With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house had some amazing interior designs. For instance, there was a copper solarium, five fireplaces to stay cozy, and a wine cellar. Furthermore, with its scalloped ceilings and original woodwork, the masterpiece surely stood out in the closed community. Christopher Plummer - $11.2 Million, Connecticut

Christopher Plummer is a Canadian actor who won multiple awards throughout his career spanning over six decades. Among some of his possessions from the earnings of his career, Plummer had a waterfront mansion in Connecticut. He made it his home between the years 1974 and 1981.

This piece of work, with access to a private beach, has fifteen rooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a library.

Unfortunately, the couple's marriage of over two decades only lasted two years following the acquisition. In 2013, Hogan sold the 6,300-square-foot mansion to fellow Australian actor, Chris Hemsworth, for $6.7 million. In 2016, Hemsworth gave it up for $9 million. It looks like one of the fast-moving pieces of real estate among celebrities.

After making it her home for just over 25 years, Andress sold the three-bedroom house to a Beverly Hills boutique operator, Malgosia Migdal, who also happens to be an interior architect and designer. Having made a few inexpensive alterations to the 3,000-square-foot mansion, it went back up in the market for $3 million.

Judd Hirsch - $1.56 Million, Studio City

The Bronx native actor Judd Hirsch rose to fame in the late '70s while giving life to the character of Alex Rieger in Taxi. One of his recent lead roles was in the CBS sitcom Superior Donuts—a character he played well into his eighties.

Right by the time the CBS series came to an end, Hirsch purchased a 2,400-square-foot house made in brick for $1.56 million. The double-story house located in Studio City, Los Angeles, has a pleasant courtyard to relax in, ideal for someone like Hirsch. Since the household only has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a new kitchen, it is much easier to maintain.

Most parts of the house, including the living and dining rooms, are pretty traditional. The French provincial kitchen, French doors, and glass chandeliers add the extra bit of spice to the dwelling. In comparison to the architectural trends of her time, you can tell that Withers (or her parents) had good taste by looking at the pictures above. Arlene Dahl - $8.5 Million, New York

Arlene Dahl's 11-acre estate in upstate New York, which is named 'Treetops,' was up in the market in 2008. The Victorian-style home with oak floorboards, high ceilings, and broad verandas pretty much had it all, and that's why its price tag was a hefty $8.5 million.

The 14-bedroom house with nine fireplaces stood parallel to the Hudson River. You can imagine all the relaxing scenery! This residence—built in 1859—is a fair 40 minutes' drive away from Manhattan. Dahl is now 94 years old, and she remains one of the last stars breathing from the Classical Hollywood cinema age.

Kenny Rogers - $2.38 Million, Atlanta

At 81 years of age, Kenny Rogers is probably looking to spend his years in retirement at a place that only screams peace and quiet. The country singer who gained popularity with his signature hit The Gambler in 1978, listed his 13,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, eight-full bathroom house for $2.4 million.

However, his luck wasn't very short because he managed to sell it at $2.38 million in 2018. With iron gates at the entrance and a grand staircase, the house does have a hint of royalty. The movie theatre with stadium seating must be its most outstanding feature.

Loretta Lynn - $1.31 Million, Kingston Springs

The Kingston Springs mansion, once home to Loretta Lynn, went up for sale in October 2017 with an asking price of $1.5 million. Lynn formerly rented this property, which was owned by Jake Owen. She lived there for many years until it became her home and safe haven.

The neighborhood is one of the most expensive places in the country, and the rent could go up to $20K per month. The wood and brick house had three floors consisting of six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Originally built in 1948, the house had a spacious kitchen and a swimming pool too.
